Director’s statement:
We are a family-run business providing domiciliary care to individuals in their own homes. This business was built on from our strong knowledge and skills for managing community services within NHS organisations and our experience in designing community care pathways that aims at promoting independence for those living at home.
Our purpose is to care, respect, and remain inclusive as we support people in their own homes. Our objectives include enabling people with long term conditions and physical health needs to remain in their own homes and live longer, healthier, and happier lives through our team of passionate health care workers. We pride ourselves on the integrity, teamwork, kindness and compassion shared with our staff to those receiving our care.
Everyone’s needs are different, and because we value and respect this individuality, we have a variety of services to meet each individual willing to stay in their own home instead of being admitted into an institute.
We Pride ourselves in having a team of carers who come with years of experience in the care industry. They use their own life skills and experiences to support our clients and give them the best quality of life and as much independence as possible.
Our employees are all thoroughly vetted, and police checked to an enhanced level and fully trained in accordance with the industry requirements. We always try to carefully match our carers to suit each individual service user.
Our service takes accountability and responsibility in sharing evidence of how the service delivers and contributes to achievement of agreed outcomes. We continue to hold our values in our philosophy of care, as we respect, as we care and we remain inclusive while promoting independence and enabling value for life while at home.
