Some of the feedback we received from our service users:

“We do not worry so much and they keep her clean and comfortable.”

“Even new staff are always excellent. Debbie found me unwell and dealt with the situation very calmly and phoned my son, my GP and the office. Everything was spot on. She took the extra mile and went to the pharmacy to get me the prescribed medication.”
“Happy I’m in my own house. The pressure ulcer to sacral area managed with repositioning and stopped me from going into a nursing home or hospital.”
“They always say who they are and tell us what they are doing”
“Times I am not my best, they supported me without judging me.”
“They get in touch quickly when any household issues arise.”
