The aim of palliative care is to help you to have a good quality of life – this includes being as well and active as possible in the time you have left.

End of life care includes palliative care. If you have an illness that cannot be cured, palliative care makes you as comfortable as possible, by managing your pain and other distressing symptoms.

We work alongside district nurses and other professionals involved in your journey as we continue to make you as comfortable as possible. We will assess your needs and we will be able to communicate effectively and support you with:

    •Medication administration

    •Personal care

    •Shopping

    •Preparation of meals

"My wife died peacefully and she was well cared for. I could not ask for more. I would like to see as many carers at my wife’s funeral as possible to bid farewell with us. We are deeply grateful for what you did."

"Staff are always willing to help. They found me unable to call the GP and supported me with arranging the home visit and collected the prescription."
