Every year in the last week of the month of February we celebrate the excellent service user experiences of receiving our services and we share these with others. Service users speak openly and express their views about how they have been supported with our teams and our systems.

I have been with this care agency since March 2018. I received care and attention not only my social life but also my mental health needs. Carers do take time and to listen to me and when I have additional needs outside the commissioned activities. At one point the carer went out of their way and went to the Pharmacy to pick my medication did my shopping as my family could not make it at that point.
