My mum was unable to cope, I could not go on holiday, but now with your help and support I can sleep peacefully, I can look after our children, I visit mum when I can, my mum is not a burden but is a loving nan again, our relationship has improved.

Service user B: 

 

My wife died peacefully, she was well cared for, I could not ask for more I would like to see as many careers at my wife’s funeral as possible to bid farewell with us.

Thank you for your advice, my mum has not had Urine infection in months, she has not gone back to hospital since you started looking after her.

Staff are always willing to help, they found me unable to call GP and supported with arranging the home visit and collected the prescription

We worked with other agencies and were left without care or let down on other calls however for the 2.5 years we have used this company we have not received any failed calls.
