2022 Good Care Campaign Week
Every year we celebrate the excellent service user experiences, of receiving our services and we share these with others. Service users speak openly and express their views about how they have been supported with our teams and our systems.
Here's a glimpse of our current service users:
Service User A
The family was incredibly happy with the quality of the service provided during the 8 months they cared for A.
During the course of her care, the servicer user's mobility has health declined. The service user feels greatly assisted with her morning till evening routine of bathing, toileting and ensuring she is fed. The family and her emphasised they feel listened to, she is met with respect and dignity.
Service User B
It's 6 months since B has joined from leaving the hospital, she struggled with day to day task. B say's she's met with cheerful, happy and helpful staff. The family and B feel the agency is adequate, they communicate when need be and feels supported.
Service User C
The family feels incredibly supported, and states the service provided to C is exceptional especially in their ill moments. Since rehabilitating home, the family feels the staff have aided towards C's improved walking, eating and wellness. They staff is said to have a patience and understanding of his conditions which they appreciate and feel valued.
